Our Architectural Services Division effectively collaborates with Design Architects on new and renovated building projects. The team generates project specific waterproofing details and specifications to complement the Architect of Record’s design drawing set. Our team excels in the production of waterproofing details and specifications with emphasis on the coordination and integration of these details into the Architect of Record’s design drawing set. The details and documents our team generates emphasize the functional-side of waterproofing with respect for the aesthetic design generated by the Design Architect. The waterproofing detail drawings are also geared to supplement the Architect of Record’s design drawing set in order to meet permitting and RCW 64.55 requirements for multi-family construction. The waterproofing detail drawing sets generated by our Architectural Team are designed to fully support the construction process by providing an effective tool for Third Party Inspectors. Inspectors utilize the waterproofing details and specifications as a guide when reviewing waterproofing materials and installations on site. |
