Our Architectural Team is an on-site resource for the contractors to oversee the interpretation of drawings & specifications and establish standards of acceptable workmanship. We also conduct site observation of construction to determine whether work is in general accordance with construction contract documents. In addition to conducting regular site visits, we process shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals required of the contractor by terms of the construction contract documents to assure general accordance with the drawings and specifications. We also serve as a point of contact, notifying the owner, the client, or the board of any observed code violations, changes that affect code compliance, and any major or substantial changes between technical submissions and the work in progress.
