Our Architectural Team is an on-site resource for the contractors to oversee the interpretation of drawings and specifications, establish standards of acceptable workmanship and conduct site observation of construction to determine whether the work is in general accordance with the construction contract drawings. In addition to conducting regular site visits, we process shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals required of the contractor by the terms of construction contract documents to assure general accordance with the plans and specifications. We also serve as a point of contact, notifying the owner, the client, or the board of any observed code violations, changes that affect code compliance, and any major or substantial changes between technical submissions and the work in progress.
