Our CAI Architectural Services Division focuses on existing building enclosure remediation and waterproofing details. Our Architectural Team develops waterproofing and repair details that are functional, practical, and
aesthetically pleasing. We are sensitive to the particular look of a
building and how it may change as it is enhanced to
properly fight water intrusion.
Our Architectural
Team is led by Lisa Moe, a licensed Architect with
extensive detailing knowledge and hands-on construction
field experience. Our team actively participates in CAI's forensic investigations in order to apply the
lessons learned to drawings and details, which minimizes design document preparation time.
Working hand in hand with our Construction
Managers to provide a full spectrum of services, our
Architectural Team is involved from
pre-construction through the final construction phases
of your project. We provide architectural services
that include: Schematic & Design Development, Material
Selection & Exterior Renderings, Budget Development,
Construction & Permit Drawings, Specification &
Scope of Repair Development, Waterproofing Details &
Specifications, and Construction
Administration.
