The overall building concept for the complex, the Williamsburg style, was retained primarily through the use of dormers and shutters. To complement the concept, our Architectural Team used plank siding, shingled siding, added horizontal wood trim and implemented a cohesive Northwest color scheme for the campus. Accent colors were selectively located on design elements to enhance the complex visually. The complex also featured several deck and walkway guardrail improvements with aluminum fascia mounted guardrails, which minimized the potential for water intrusion and instilled a shared aesthetic throughout the complex.
