Due to water intrusion issues, the Seattle Gift Center required EIFS repairs at the central tower of the building.

Our Architectural Team re-designed the sloped EIFS roof at the central tower, replacing it with a metal standing seam roof that fully integrated with an existing flat roof and a refurbished EIFS system. We also fully flashed the storefront system and properly incorporated it with the new EIFS.

Furthermore, we installed new hoods over all mechanical penetrations at the roof level from the central tower and covered the existing EIFS on the west elevation with AllGuard to seal hairline cracks.
