Ashford Park II

The nineteen buildings of the Ashford Park II condominium complex required a full siding re-clad and roof replacement in order to address water intrusion issues. Through effective communication with our Investigation and Construction Management teams during design development, our Architectural Services Division prepared cohesive specifications and construction documents to improve the waterproofing details of the building, while being sensitive to overall aesthetics.

Taking advantage of the siding re-clad, the Homeowners' Association requested that our Architectural Team propose a new color scheme for the complex.
