As our Architectural Team targeted the buildings' exterior to create protective waterproofing details, we also devised a more visually interesting color scheme to modernize and invigorate the complex. Our color scheme uses multiple colors to express the individuality of the complex within the Redmond community. In addition to adding some color, we modernized the complex through the simplification of materials used. By simplifying the material palette, we were able to reduce the cost of construction while updating the appearance of the buildings and minimizing complicated detailing.
