We are seeking an Architect to lead a growing architectural services division consisting of architectural associates and CAD drafters. The successful candidate will work closely with our construction management and investigation teams to write scopes of repair for remediation, prepare specifications, write inspection reports and conduct construction management for projects.
Our candidate will have a minimum of five years commercial and/or residential professional work experience and a Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree. This candidate may be licensed or approaching licensure within one year of employment. Candidate is willing to be an integral part of a team and bring energy, patience and responsibility to lead others during team-generated projects. Needs strong project management skills and possess good technical detailing and design skills. Ability to generate product specification and written scopes of repair. Literate in CAD, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Coordination with outside vendors and capable of successfully selecting building colors, materials and professionally conducting presentations to clients.
