Mark Cress has over 20
years of field and management experience in the
industry. Mark began his career in residential, mid-rise
and hi-rise construction which gives him unique
experience in multiple forms of construction and
construction practices. In 1990 Mark formed his own
specialty contracting business, which he owned and
operated for 5 years before rejoining his previous
employer to help supervise a series of large scale
condominium projects.
After leaving, Mark worked for Degussa Construction
Chemicals Americas, where he worked as a Technical
Application Specialist involved in technical field
training programs, project detail analysis and design,
forensic investigations, code approval testing and
product testing and analysis.
Mark worked for Western Architectural where he was
involved in project management, building defect
investigation and analysis. Mark has extensive hands-on
field experience in multiple construction disciplines as
well as field personnel supervision, extensive technical
applications experience and project management
experience which provides positive results for owners,
architects and contractors who require attention to
detail and application of building envelope systems.
