Lisa Hanses began working
with Steve Amento in 1988 and joined him shortly after he partnered with
Mike Corke in 1996. Her skills in project scheduling, graphics
illustration, creative problem solving and presentation development
makes her an accomplished graphics consultant, construction liaison, and
business development manager.
As a graphics consultant, Lisa creates high quality, compelling graphics
illustrating complicated construction issues in presentations where
instant understanding is critical. She works with attorneys and experts
to develop presentations that present complex material in a clear,
concise, and compelling manner. She easily understands case theory and
simplifies information by encouraging her clients to evaluate and
identify key aspects of their case that would directly benefit from
supporting visual demonstratives. In addition, she effectively designs a
visual presentation that supports the overall case strategy to meet
specific case needs accurately, efficiently and consistently.
Building defects investigation and repairs brings Lisa’s construction
liaison skills to light. She is the single point of contact between the
construction team and the ownership on condominium repair projects. She
functions as an effective channel for communication between all parties
and facilitates any necessary changes or modifications to ensure client
satisfaction. Lisa helps homeowners understand the scope of repair and
prepares them for the construction process.
Lisa leads Corke Amento’s long term marketing plans and strategies,
planning events and bringing marketing materials to life, energizing
them and enlivening them with her creativity.
