Ben Borland has 24 years of experience in the
construction field. Ben began his career with JD Purvis Construction,
where he spent 10 years as an assistant production manager specializing
in Insurance Restoration.
In 1988 Ben formed his home construction company building single-family
homes, remodeling homes, and doing tenant improvements.
Most recently, Ben was Vice President and Project Manager for TR Eggert
Construction, Inc., utilizing his knowledge of insurance restoration, as
well as construction defect repair. During his tenure with TR Eggert, he
successfully staffed and managed all of the company’s projects.
Ben's personal projects include planning, coordinating and staffing
projects such as multi-family condominiums, single family residences,
tenant improvements for the food service industry, and construction
defect restoration.
Ben has extensive hands-on field experience in the structural
restoration of homes and businesses including bow string trusses, pin
piling work, landslide and soils stabilization and restoration, and fire
and water damage repairs.
Ben enjoys working with owners, architects, engineers and consultants to
resolve constructability issues that arise during the design and
construction phases of remediation projects.
