Adam M. Bungay has 13 years of experience in the construction industry. After earning
his Construction Management
degree from the University of Washington, Adam worked for a union commercial
specialty contractor estimating and managing a wide variety of projects from
condominiums and high-rise office buildings, to industrial applications at
manufacturing firms. He has worked closely with various general contractors
including Turner Construction, Sellen Construction, Lease Crutcher Lewis, Opus
Northwest, and Howard S. Wright.
In 2005 Adam graduated from Seattle University School of Law magna cum laude
and in the top 5% of his class, earning several awards and scholarships. After interning at Safeco
Insurance and passing the bar exam, he practiced law at the insurance defense
firm of Gulliford, McGaughey & Dunlap, PLLC (now McGaughey, Bridges & Dunlap).
His practice included representing subcontractors and suppliers in construction
defect and property damage claims. In the summer of 2006 he went into solo
practice, representing owners, commercial contractors, custom home builders,
remodelers, and real estate investors in transactions and litigation.
Although he is licensed to practice law in Washington, Adam's employment at Corke Amento does not include the practice of law and he
does not offer legal advice to Corke Amento clients.
At Corke Amento Adam performs a variety of duties including construction
management, building investigation and forensics, construction claim preparation
and analysis, dispute resolution and litigation support. |
